Simba is an admitted attorney in South Africa with over 15 years’ experience in providing legal, governance, and risk advisory services, both in practice and as an in-house advisor.
His expertise is in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, including board advisory, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, transaction structuring, and dispute resolution.
Jordin is currently awaiting admission to the High Court of South Africa. Jordin has several years’ experience in the commercial law field where she was involved in drafting, negotiating and vetting of agreements, contract management, reviewing and drafting company policies, as well as performing company secretarial duties.
Her expertise is in corporate and commercial law. Having served her articles at a boutique employment law firm, she also has a sound knowledge of employment law.
